Worst two starter cards to have in poker

The key to winning any game is purely knowledge. If you knew the chances of win, would you play and make money? Of course you would. If you knew the chances of losing, would you play? Of course you wouldn’t. So here are the worst two starting cards in Texas Holdem poker. If you get any of these cards then just fold unless you enjoy giving your money away.

1.       2- 7 off suit This is one the worst hand to have in Poker. They are both low cards. They are five cards apart so you cannot make a Straight out them. They are also off suited so it will make it harder to make flush.

2.       2– 8 off suit – These cards have the same issues as the above cards but its slightly better because 8 is higher than 7.

3.       3 – 8 off suit – Same issues as the above card.

4.       2  - 9 off suit - Same problem as the above but slightly better because you have high card of nine. If the cards were suited it will give you a chance to make a flush with the remain five community cards.

5.       3 – 9  off suit – same Issues as the above cards.

6.       2 – 10 off suit – slightly better than the above card because of the high ten. But still have no chance for a straight or flush. There are four cards high than the number ten and that is Jack, Queen, King and Ace.

7.        3 -10 off suit – Same problem as the above

8.       4 – 9 off suit – You have chance of making a straight with these cards but you need four card from the community to be 5,6,7,8 or Ace, 2, 3 and 5. If you wait for these cards other players would have guessed that some one has a straight on the table.

9.       5 – 9 off suit – has the same problems has the above card.

10.   4 – 7, 4 -8, 5-8, 3-6 off suit – These cards are rarely winners. Don’t play with them unless you want to lose your money. Just fold and wait for another hand.
